I'm interested in law because I want to help people of color that's affected by injustice in America. My father is in jail right now and seeing his court case made me realize that people don't take people of color seriously especially in the criminal system. I want to help people get the justice they deserve and seeing that in today's society makes me more likely to become a lawyer so that everyone gets a fair chance!
