Fighting Climate Change

In a 220-212 vote, the house of representatives passed a $3.5 trillion budget resolution and advanced a $1 trillion infrastructure bill. This bill includes advancements in social safety nets and plans to cut greenhouse gas emissions. While all this sounds promising, this bill still needs to pass through the Senate, and while the bill could pass with full democrat support and Vice President Harris' tie-breaking vote, a few centrist democrats have already expressed concern over the bills large price tag.
